This month marks a significant milestone in our journey at Infoview Systems
30 years of IBM i innovation and dedication
As we reflect on the last three decades, we wanted to share 30 significant milestones during this time.
30-years, 30 Achievements
30 years ago, Infoview Systems started as a small Michigan-based AS400 consultancy. Coincidentally, that same year, on a different continent, I released my first AS400 program to production. Coming from a mainframe background, I was immediately attracted to that stable, secure, powerful, and easy to operate platform. This initial impression stuck with me throughout my IT career.
5 years later I took up what I thought at one time would be a short contract with Infoview. For better of worth, some of our customers still run the programs we developed back in 90s and early 2000s. To this day I enjoy building things on / for the IBM i, and being a part of this gritty community that steadily and efficiently moves the business forward unfazed by IT industry fads and duds.

Thirty Years, a major company milestone with many memories I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Recalling the early days when our office was adjacent to the Royal Oak Music Theater working late hours and hearing the concert music reverberate throughout our office. The major move 24 years ago to our Livonia facilities where all team members pitched in to move all the office equipment was teamwork! Fast forward to present day, I’m extremely proud of our team, and how far we have come with our product and service offerings, the many customers we serve across the globe, and instilling personal growth for our employees abroad. Very grateful for this team!
