Livonia, MI 12/21/2023 We are happy to announce the release 2.0.2 of infoConnect Hub. The Hub is a lightweight, scalable, easy to implement stand-alone component, which aids in surfacing IBM i business logic as standards-based REST API and enables bi-directional event streaming and data replication use cases with little to no custom development required.
With this release, we are introducing several key features based on our customer’s input and the product roadmap:
- OAuth2 support for major providers, such as Okta, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, as well as including a built-in OAuth provider
- Data Queue Source / Poller can now send the data to Kafka, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, and AWS SQS
- Screen automation – the ability to define an API that automates user’s UI interactions with little to no coding required
- Program Call API functionality is enhanced with support for custom URIs, URI parameter mapping to program call parameters, support for GET HTTP methods, and significant performance improvements
infoConnect Hub now offers customers a simple stand-alone component that can be deployed anywhere (including on IBM i) and provides out of the box responsive and scalable API, Events, and Process Automation capabilities. When coupled with infoCDC, a lightweight and easy to use IBM i change data capture tool, it offers a complete end-to-end integration solution.
The new product version is available on AWS Marketplace as well as directly from Infoview Systems.
